Don Shepherd: Owner, Licensed General Contractor
Don has been working in construction for over 20 years. He has experience as both the contractor and the project manager on job sites, so he understands how to run a remodel project from start to finish. He has worked on projects both simple and complex, ranging from bathroom and kitchen remodels and basement finishing to 2-story additions, crawlspace dig-outs and ground-up building projects. He prides himself in good craftsmanship and making sure a project is completed to the level that he would want in his own home. His favorite part of his job is spotting a challenge, coming up with solutions and working with the client to enhance their project.
Rachel Shepherd: Owner, BA Interior Design
Rachel is an award-winning Interior Designer specializing in space planning, drafting and finish selections for residential remodel projects. Her project scopes have ranged from bathroom and kitchen remodels and basement finishes up to whole house remodels, additions and pop-tops. She has worked in the design-build industry for the past 7 years and prior to that, worked in the fix-and-flip and home staging industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Colorado. Her favorite part of designing is coming up with different spaceplanning ideas and working with her clients to ensure the plans work for their lifestyle.
Fun facts about us: We love animals and being outside! When we aren’t working, we’re tinkering around our little ranch property with our horses, goats, chickens, ducks and dogs.
