Legacy: Project Scope + Moodboards

Legacy is a whole house remodel project we are currently working on. We’ve rebuilt the truss system, replaced the roofing and reframed portions of the interior of the home and are currently in drywall. We have quite a bit of work left to do, but it is well underway.

In the meantime, here are some of the selections we have made for the project. The overall look will be clean and traditional with beautiful, high quality details.

Kitchen: the kitchen will have a European traditional feel with brushed brass finishes, warm wood tones and a classic farmhouse sink.

Wet Bar: the main level wet bar is going to have an overall moody feel with deep toned cabinets, brass accents, and glass cabinets with fun lighting details.

Kids Bath #1 + #2: Both kids baths will have a classic subway tile look in the showers, with a fun patterned hex floor to add visual interest. Brushed brass fixtures will add another layer of beauty.

Powder Bath: The powder bath will have a classic traditional farmhouse sink and brushed brass accents. The mirror adds a touch of interest and design to the overall space.
